Wellness

Launched in 2012 by Mel Atarau, the Australia-based Raw Energy and Wellness Lifestyle Centre offers a range of services and is a hub for change, helping clients work towards the best body they can. ‘’Awesome energy, great support and a fantastic family vibe,’ is how one happy client describes the Raw experience. Mel has over 13 years’ experience in the PT industry, and also specialises in nutrition, remedial therapy, and weight loss.

Business management – simple, cost-effective solution

As her business grew, Mel realised a need to streamline the administration side of things, so that she could focus on helping clients achieve their goals rather than wading through paperwork. “I needed a solution that would track payments and client accountability,” Mel recalls. “So I headed straight for Google. I researched a few options and PTminder stood out.”

As business management software specifically built for personal trainers PTminder simplifies day-to-day tasks, so that business owners can focus on clients and on growing their business. It was the simplicity of the solution that attracted Mel to it.

“It’s a cost-effective solution that’s easy to use,” she explains. “Some of the more expensive software has a whole lot of un-necessary features that I wouldn’t use. PTminder is awesome for what I need.”

Figures at a glance

Like many other PTminder customers, Mel enjoys being able to see her earnings at a glance. Monthly graphs and charts mean you can determine your financial position easily, and compare data from weekly, monthly and annual reports.. This kind of flexibility is essential, especially when a business is in a growth phase such as taking on more clients or expanding its services.

“It’s good to see the figures,” Mel says. “The visibility has been really positive for my business.”

Mel encourages other PT business owners who are considering business management options to take a good look at PTminder. “The great thing about it is it’s not over-complicated,” she says. “I don’t have time to struggle with a complex solution and I don’t think any other personal trainers do either. It really does what it says – makes life simple.”
